St. Alban's Episcopal Church
St. Alban’s Episcopal Church Announces Carol Kappus, Award-winning Celtic Harpist and Storyteller in concert, March 8th at 4pm.
Join Michigan-native harpist Carol Kappus for an afternoon of musical storytelling, featuring the traditional songs of Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. This is the final concert of St. Alban’s 2025-2026 “Listen To Love” Concert Series.
Carol will share her first love: playing the Celtic harp and singing traditional songs! She specializes in the music of Scotland: traditional songs, songs of Robert Burns and songs in Scots Gaelic. Carol has won many awards from the Scottish Harp Society of America and the Great Lakes Regional and the US National Scottish Mòd. She teaches and performs around the Midwest and in Scotland and frequently contributes to The Folk Harp Journal. She has published several books of compositions and arrangements. Carol’s web page, www.carolkappus.com, features videos, recordings and her published books.
The concert is free; however, general admission seating reservations are needed. Reserve your free general admission seat for Harpist Carol Kappus at: https://forms.gle/4djnQfbuuxVtupuP6
